Terms of Service

A booking is confirmed only once we acknowledge your enquiry and agree a fixed fare with you, usually over WhatsApp. Quotes shown on the website are indicative estimates until confirmed.

Fares are quoted as fixed amounts and, unless stated otherwise, include fuel, tolls, parking and driver allowance. Interstate permits for Kerala or Karnataka are included where applicable.

Payment is made directly to the driver after the trip. We do not take online payments through this website. Additional kilometres, extra stops or waiting time beyond the agreed itinerary may be charged at the rates discussed when booking.

Please provide accurate pickup details, contact information and, for airport pickups, your flight number. Carry any identification or documents required for your journey and at religious sites.

We arrange experienced, verified drivers and well-maintained vehicles, but we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, breakdowns beyond our control, or events at temples, airports or other venues.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to your booking.
